Its 1-1/4" x 3/16" diameter orbit lets you sand in very specific or hard-to-reach areas, ideal for removing small defects in painted surfaces and clear coats without having to sand, compound and polish entire panels. Its low-profile design incorporates a one-piece shaft balancer system that reduces the chances of tipping or undercutting, and also cuts vibration even at its capacity of 8000 RPM for greater comfort and control.
The sander accepts our direct-mount 3M Finesse-it Roloc Sanding Pad, which allows you to operate the sander very close to the work surface for more precise control. The pad features a threaded button that lets you securely attach and remove the pad. This sander is designed for use by both men and women.
